North Petherwin Cemetery

The North Petherwin Cemetery is administered by the parish council.

The Parish Council acknowledges the importance of the cemetery as a place for commemorating the life of a loved one and acting as a focus for grief.

The council therefore makes every effort to manage its cemeteries in a way that enables it to maintain the highest possible standards of care and dignity, whilst at the same time respecting the rights of the individual and not placing undue restriction on individual choices.

Once an application is made it will be heard at the next Parish Council meeting to be agreed or refused. The Parish Council’s decision is final.
